Mr. Morrison's primary practice areas are real estate, lending and financial transactions, commercial transactions and general corporate matters. He represents clients in the acquisition, sale, development, leasing and financing of commercial and residential real estate. Rick's practice includes the negotiation and drafting of commercial leases, purchase and sale contracts, development agreements and joint venture agreements and closing documents, as well as limited and general partnership agreements and other necessary documentation for the formation and maintenance of real estate holding entities and general business entities. He is also experienced in negotiating land development rights and permits for real estate developers with the City of Austin and surrounding cities and counties. In addition to his real estate practice, Rick represents both lenders and borrowers in secured commercial and real estate based transactions, and in SBA insured loan transactions.
