Jerry D. Porter:
Mr. Porter represents clients in the areas of general civil litigation, construction law, family law, insurance defense and creditor rights. He has been certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Consumer Law. As an experienced litigator, Mr. Porter has successfully represented individuals, small businesses and large corporations. His jury trial experience includes the Central Texas area, San Antonio and Houston. Mr. Porter's construction law experience includes claim handling, prevention, early evaluation, arbitration and contested litigation. His focus on family law includes property settlement, modification and enforcement of child support and conservatorship, with a special emphasis and training in collaborative family law.
